Note for own flowers: a pickup can be organised for Sydney residents (preferably 2-3 days after you've received the flowers to avoid wilting), however if you are from interstate or overseas, your flowers will have to be pressed first before they are sent to us. Alternatively, we can source the same or similar flowers for you

Pricing/Payment
1. Additional charges apply for custom orders and is dependant on how intricate the request is
2. This additional charge will be added to the base price of your selected frame and text design
3. A custom invoice will be sent to your email once we have organised the finer details

Handling Times
As each frame is handmade and personalised, please allow up to 7-10 days for your frame to be made, packed and dispatched. If you are purchasing our customisable floral frames as a gift, please be mindful of this timeframe along with shipping times.
For flower pressing, please allow an additional 2 weeks for your flowers to dry
